Main aim of the establishment of Janbhgidari Samiti is to generate funds from local people through voluntary donations. The amount generated may be utilized for establishment of good educational atmosphere. In government college dipka Janbhagidari committee come into existence in 31/10/2015. Shri Anup Yadav Ji , vice president nagar palika dipka was first president of janbhagidari committee.

The University Grants Commission (UGC) provides financial assistance to eligible colleges which are included under Section 2(f)* and declared fit to receive central assistance (UGC grant) under Section 12 (B)** of UGC Act, 1956 as per approved pattern of assistance under various schemes.
University grants commission is funding agency for higher education. Govt college Dipka is listed in 2f on 03 march 2015 and 12b on 17 nov 2015.
Sanchar Kranti Yojana (SKY)
Chhattisgarh Government has launched an ambitious ‘Sanchar Kranti Yojana’. The project is aimed at improving telecom reach in the state and wide
spreading the digital connect to the people of Chhattisgarh. To achieve this goal the Government is establishing a strong telecom & internet
network and also distributing 50 lakhs smartphones to identified beneficiaries in the State. This would immensely contribute to the
‘Digital India’ mission of the nation.
The smartphones under ‘Sanchar Kranti Yojana’ would come pre-loaded with mobile applications which would be of citizen centric in nature and help them to access various Government Schemes at their fingertips.
‘For the people, by the people’ with this vision Chhattisgarh Government is inviting innovative minds to come along and extend their support to this initiative to develop Mobile Applications for these 50 Lakhs smartphones under ‘Sanchar Kranti Yojana’ the Government of Chhattisgarh.
Under this scheme 278 mobile is distributed in govt.college dipka
GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL CELL
To realize the primary needs of the students and staff and secure civil liberties for everybody, a Grievance Redressal Cell has been constituted. The cell is indented to find solutions for problems like Sexual harassment – any kind of physical or mental harassment, Complaints regarding class room teaching – Class room management, completion of syllabus, teaching methods etc, If and when they arise. The Grievance Redressal Cell convenes meetings periodically and takes steps to redress the grievance.
The objective of the Grievance Redressal Cell are :
The Grievance Redressal Cell of the college generally is having the provision of two/three teaching staffs as its member and the principal as the chairman. The cell is having the provision of being reconstituted every year if situation arises for so by the principal himself along with suggestions sought from the in charge administrative body. Care is taken to select staff members from each stream.
